Why Our Coaching Model Exists
Most policyholders never expect to be thrust into a legal and procedural maze.
We didn’t either — until disaster struck and we witnessed how insurers and regulators actually behave when the public isn’t watching.
Our home and business were destroyed.
Two insurers avoided their obligations for 2½ years.
The OIC’s Consumer Advocacy Program did not enforce the laws meant to protect us.
And we had to fight — pro se — for two years in federal court to secure indemnity.
This experience revealed something unmistakable:
when the claims process collapses, it’s not just an individual loss — it’s a failure of the public interest.
